Cde Mutsakani
Secretary for Business and Investments
My name is Fely Sibongile Mutsakani, and I am honoured to serve as the ZANU PF Far East Asia (China) Secretary for Business and Investments. In this capacity, my core mission is to deepen economic ties, promote collaboration, and position Zimbabwe as a leading destination for international business and investment. Previously, I had the privilege of serving as the Secretary for Social Welfare and Transport from 2017 to 2025, a period during which I actively contributed to strengthening community welfare and facilitating effective transport initiatives within our structures. Building on that experience, I assumed my current role in 2025, focusing on creating tangible opportunities for trade and investment partnerships, particularly across the Far East region. My educational journey includes Bachelors of laws in Sociology, Diploma in international relations and diplomacy and masters in Public Administration and also completing studies at the Chitepo School of Ideology virtually in 2021, which instilled in me a deep understanding of our party’s vision and principles. I joined the Far East Asia District in 2017 and have since been actively engaged in advancing the party’s economic diplomacy. Beyond my official role, I am also involved in investment promotion for economic development as National chairperson working as part of the ZANU PF affiliate dedicated to showcasing Zimbabwe’s investment potential. Through these efforts, we exhibit unwavering patriotism and a steadfast commitment to realising His Excellency President Dr. Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa’s vision for a prosperous, empowered, and industrialised Zimbabwe. In October 2025, I proudly represented the Far East Asia District at the People’s Conference, where we strengthened our collective resolve to mobilise support for national development. Going forward, my goal is to facilitate strategic partnerships that bring innovation, investment, and inclusive growth — ensuring that Zimbabwe continues to shine on the global stage.

Cde Kudzanai Sheron Mugabe
Secretary for Tourism
Cde Kudzanai Sheron Mugabe serves as Secretary for Tourism for ZANU PF, Far East Asia District (FEAD), appointed in 2025. Cde Mugabe aims to lead a strategic agenda to position Zimbabwe as a destination of choice within the Asian market and beyond. Her mandate centers on promoting Zimbabwe's heritage, arts, cultural diversity, wildlife, and natural landscapes while strengthening international tourism partnerships and introducing innovative ways to promote, commercialize, and market Zimbabwean tourist attractions. As Secretary for Tourism, Cde Mugabe advances tourism as a key driver of economic growth, investment attraction, sustainable development, and most importantly, an opportunity and platform to expose the beautiful and breathtaking side that media chooses to neglect when exposing Zimbabwe to the world. Through focused engagement, years of experience in the Arts and Cultural sector, and cross-regional collaboration with various Embassies, Arts and Cultural promoting companies within Asia and beyond, she works to elevate Zimbabwe's global tourism profile and expand business opportunities linked to the sector — bringing a taste and feel of Zimbabwe away from Zimbabwe under the leadership and guidance of ZANU PF.
